3. DELIVERY TIMES
Once the payment is received, the order will be shipped as soon as possible, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. We ship all packages with Post NL, most likely delivered within 2 – 7 working days. In some cases the post can take longer to deliver. You will receive a tracking number, so you can track your package at all times.
All products purchased at the BPD webstore can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, under the condition that the product is unused, undamaged and returned in the original packaging. Also the original labels should still be attached. Shipping costs and risks are for your own account. If you want to return your product please follow the following procedure:

Products that are damaged cannot be exchanged or refunded. Once the item is returned in good condition we will refund the amount to your bank account or credit card. The return shipment will be on your own account. When an item will be send back to be exchanged for another item, we will send the exchanged item to you free of charge.
